  13.                of the repression, you are out to rebel with your fellow
  14.                humans.  You have the drop on them, they are naive and foolish
  15.                and believe you could never rise against them. Prove them
  16.                wrong!

  30.       - Desc:  A harsh winter has fallen upon the Great Four Nations.  Your
  31.                people need vast amounts of oil to heat themselves through
  32.                the winter or they will die.  The other Great Nations will
  33.                be trying to get the oil too though.  Make sure they don't
  34.                get it and that their outposts are removed from the region
  35.                permanently.
